Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vibes-market.com and any related services (the "Service") operated by Digital Natives Services FZ-LLC ("VibesMarket", "we", "us").

1. The Service

VibesMarket is an online marketplace that connects sellers of applications built with Lovable ("Listings") with prospective buyers. VibesMarket is not a party to any sale between users.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Listings

• Sellers may only list Lovable apps they own or are authorized to sell.
• Listings must not infringe third-party rights, contain malware or violate applicable laws.
• VibesMarket may remove any Listing at its discretion.

4. Transactions & fees

Details of transaction fees, payout schedules and escrow terms are described in the Seller Agreement. VibesMarket may update fees with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited content

You may not list adult content, weapons, illegal services, or apps that violate the Lovable Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VibesMarket does not guarantee the accuracy of metrics disclosed by sellers unless expressly marked "Verified".

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibesMarket's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved before the DIFC Courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 15 days before taking effect.
