Refunds & disputes

Because Lovable apps are digital products delivered with full source code, refunds are only granted in specific circumstances described below.

1. Escrow window

When you buy an app, funds are held in escrow for up to 7 days after the transfer of the Lovable project, repository and any linked infrastructure. During this window you may open a dispute if:

  • The seller does not transfer the assets described in the Listing.
  • The delivered app materially differs from what was advertised.
  • The seller misrepresented revenue, growth, or any other verified metric.

2. How to open a dispute

Email disputes@vibes-market.com within the escrow window with the transaction ID and evidence. Our team will review and mediate within 5 business days.

3. Outcomes

  • Full refund: escrowed funds returned to the buyer.
  • Partial refund: negotiated between parties.
  • Release to seller: dispute rejected, funds paid out.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated outside this process may result in account suspension. Please contact us first.

5. Non-refundable items

Listing fees, Featured and Growth bundle purchases are non-refundable once the promotion has started.
