• Transaction data: amounts, payout details, invoices.

• To operate the marketplace and process transactions (contractual necessity).
• To prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
• To send transactional emails (contractual necessity).

We share personal data with the following categories of processors: hosting (Lovable Cloud), payment processors (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active plus 3 years, transaction data for 10 years for accounting purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe.
