Seller Agreement

By listing an app on VibesMarket, you agree to these seller-specific terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Ownership

You represent that you are the sole owner of the app, that you have the right to transfer all code, prompts, assets and linked accounts, and that no third party retains rights that would prevent the sale.

2. Accurate disclosure

• MRR, revenue and growth figures must be truthful.
• Traffic and user metrics must not be inflated.
• You must disclose any pending disputes, refunds or platform bans.

3. Fees

VibesMarket charges a platform fee on each successful sale. The current fee is 8% and may change with 30 days' notice. Payment processing fees are charged separately by Stripe.

4. Transfer obligations

Within 5 business days of a completed sale, you must transfer to the buyer: the Lovable project, the source repository, any custom domain, and any linked SaaS accounts (Stripe, Supabase, Resend, etc.) included in the Listing. Failure to transfer voids the sale and results in a full refund.

5. Non-compete

For 12 months after a sale, you may not launch a materially identical clone of the sold app in the same category.

6. Payouts

Payouts are made via Stripe Connect once the escrow period has ended without dispute. You are responsible for VAT, sales tax and income tax in your jurisdiction.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or ban seller accounts that violate these rules or the general Terms.
